1. General Use of the Website
By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The content provided on this portal is for general informational purposes, conceptual illustration, and property enquiry facilitation.
2. Layout Plans & Dimensions
All plot layouts, flat plans, carpet areas, boundaries, and architectural renderings shown on the interactive layouts are based on sanctioned drawings and indicative demarcations. Exact plot dimensions and boundary coordinates are determined by the final survey and documented in the registered Agreement for Sale and Sale Deed.
3. Inventory & Booking Disclosures
Plot and flat availability statuses ("Available", "Reserved", "Sold") are updated on an ongoing operational basis through our central administration desk. An online enquiry or reservation request does not create an unconditional legal right over any property until a formal booking advance is received and an official allotment receipt is executed.
4. Statutory & Sanction Approvals
Our residential layouts hold Non-Agricultural (NA 44) sanction orders from competent revenue and town planning authorities of Satara district. Buyers are encouraged to inspect original sanction files, search reports, and 7/12 extract records at our head office before finalizing payments.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with website inquiries or property transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Satara, Maharashtra.
